We’re happy we come here. It’s a great resource in caring for your pet. AAA offers all of the services that you would ever need and the staff and Doctors are kind, caring and compassionate. Dr. David treated Ruby and l very well thru her illness. We love everyone here❤️!!
My puppy got bit by another dog at the park this morning, and shortly after I brought him here to AAA Animal Hospital. It was my first time at this hospital and I will be returning for future visits. The veterinarian brought my puppy in immediately to clean and staple his wound. I felt like the price for the visit was fair too. Thank you AAA Animal Hospital for your care.
It was a Sunday morning & I was really in a bind with an injured feral cat. I called around & AAA Animal Hospital were the only ones taking walk-ins. The staff was welcoming & the fact that she was feral was never an issue. They were willing to sedate her to perform an exam & treat her foot. They did not push vaccinations but I asked to have them done based on their pricing. I am so grateful to the doctors & staff for not treating her any different because she is feral. Their prices are so affordable that I took her back two days later to be spayed. All in all the same services would have easily cost $1,000 at the emergency hospitals. I know where I will be taking my next capture!
I would never take an animal here. I found a stray dog on the road. Took here to get a basic checkup. They refused to see it and were very rude. One of them told me she would be mad if someone found her dog a stray and took it to the vet for treatment. I said what, wouldn’t you be be thankful because I would. She said that’s not what I said, my reply was that’s exactly what you said. Then they tried to tell me the law says they can’t treat a stray dog because I’m not the owner. Which I looked up after and that also wasn’t true. Keep in mind I was going to pay for the visit out of my own pocket and told them this. My only reasoning is the $45 wasn’t enough money for them. They’re fake and don’t care about animals unless you’re paying hundreds or thousands of dollars. Took the dog to a different vet without a problem. Happy to say we located the owner and reunited him with his family. Was the craziest experience ever from people who say they care about animals.
Ethical vets and clean They don't raise their prices when everybody else does. During all the Coronavirus and all these vets have all these excuses that they gotta keep up with economy. And they really don't care about animals of people can't afford animals and they put them to sleep because of that and keeping up with society with raising prices. These are great honest people and that the service is great hours are great. Nobody beats them.
This vet is such a joke. I was recommended by a few friends to go to this vet for reasonable X-ray prices. I called on Monday to schedule my husband an appointment for my Siberian husky with a hurt hip. The supervisor said they accepted walk ins but for a five dollar discount she had me create an account. She asked for my name, my pet's name, and the birthdate of my dog. She said for me to bring the rabies certificate with my husband to the appointment. Within ten minutes, my husband called and talked to the same lady supervisor to change the appointment time.
The next day he drove 45 minutes with our injured husky to the vet. Upon checking in, he was asked to wait 20 minutes. He then was called up by the supervisor to be told that I had to be there for our dog to be seen. She said a verbal confirmation would be fine but that was impossible since I was teaching.
She refused to allow our dog to be seen by the vet and turned him away. She lied on my husband's review to save her butt by saying that they would gladly add his name to the account.
I called several hours later to see what happened and she replied it was a state law that I had to be there.
She was on a major power trip in front of the staff. My own friends said that this is a lie too because they have family members who are not on the account who have taken their pets in for them.
I wonder if the veterinarians at this facility know how this supervisor is running the show without their knowledge and making them look incompetent; not to mention all the money they lost by not seeing our dog.
Wost ever, they don't care about you pet. I brought my dog in for allergies, the vet said she was prescribing a medication. I went to check out and they refused to give me her prescription and wouldn't let me talk to the vet. She then …
I love this place. My dog has chronic ear infections and when they start up I can tell almost immediately. Whenever I call to schedule an appointment, they add me to the schedule right away without any issues. My dog also has such bad …
